Since I got long covid, there are times when I try to "push through it" and overdo it. And then my body will physically shut down. My head will ache. I'll vomit. I won't be able to do anything but curl up and watch TV. When that happens, my cat, Care Bear, refuses to leave my side. He's aptly named.
