That's a fair question. There's always a lot of other issues have to solve with their businesses and they all normally take priority. See it in things like identity and payments etc. I'm 100% the changing nature of the web is going to be top of the stack if it's not already

I think it still applies, but you're talking about the speed of two different things, UI vs process. I use comment.io works well for what I need. Iirc can be self hosted if needed.
