I learn along the way, every journey is different. But if you want to start a business, just start without overthinking the scaling part whereas your product isn't launch.

Now, Iโ€™m a full-time indie hacker. Iโ€™ve built 5+ SaaS products and sold one The best part? Iโ€™ve built a community of people who support and inspire me every day.

Along the way, I failed. A lot. My trading alerts project flopped. Twittexplorer got shut down because of Twitterโ€™s API costs. But each failure taught me something new. Lesson: Failure is just data. Use it to improve.

Then came the hard part: scaling. My churn rate was 40%. I had to figure out how to keep my customers happy. I added new features, improved the quality, and introduced annual plans. Now, my churn is down to 5%.

I built the first version of IACrea in a month. It was buggy. It was ugly. But it worked. I shared it in real estate groups and got 50 people to try it for free. When they started paying, I knew I was onto something.
