Pawsta's graphics are virtual claymation! We're actually using a Blender plug-in called "Clay.Doh". In the jam version we exported 2D renders from this & faked a 3D world in Unity 🎨
We're now transitioning towards more interactive scenes with live 3D models, particle effects & animations 🧊

It's not representative of the final game! As it was mostly made in 9 days, it just has one simple gameplay loop & isn't too intuitive!
We especially want to make the cooking way more hands-on & interactive!

It all started as a @wholesomegames.com Wholesome Game Jam 24 project! The theme was "Handmade" and the team had never worked together before! 😇
We actually all met on discord, and are very international! 🗺️
Harry (@coldsector.se) then used his studio to look into producing a full-game version! 🎮

Pawsta is a game that explores World Cuisine! 🌍
It starts with Rigatoni 🐭 in Italy, where he's temporarily taking over the family restaurant from his Nonna & Nonno, before he's able to travel & make foods like:
🍣 sushi in Japan!
🥞 crêpes in France!
🐟 fish n chips in England!
