there are many LotG that are just outright ignored - ⚠️keeper holding onto the ball, ⚠️keepers who run out of the box w/ the ball in their hands to punt it away, ⚠️so many illegal throw-in's and a ⚠️littany of time wasting - so, when IFAB does this, I just roll my eyes 🙄

cash trade is real $$ from the owner's pocket to the pocket of another owner. player involved also gets a 10% cut of the fee. it's basically an in-league transfer fee.
