If we get rid of the Reagan tax cuts, the Bush tax cuts, and the Trump tax cuts those billionaires would be paying more. Then overturn Citizens United (a tall order) and get some real campaign finance laws and it'd be harder for them to control the govt the way they do.

That could work. I kinda like the idea of them just flipping places on the ballot. Joe's steady hand stays on the ticket and in the administration as VP, but someone young, snappy, and female does the talking and runs the meetings. And a woman talking about Roe would be a GOP-killer.
