Objectively, you are correct. Hillary was qualified for the job, Trump was not.
The biggest problem was the two decade smear campaign against Bill and Hillary from conservative media.
In 2016, The Democratic ticket should have been Bernie with Hillary as VP. They would have gotten us through COVID

They got what they were told they were voting for.
I'm open to ideas on what to do now, but I'm not overly confident much can be done. And to be honest, it's pretty hard to be sympathetic.
But Democratic leadership can be counted on to raise money and fail to... Well, do anything else.

Probably depends on how finely defined the word "function" is in that context. But it was slow, crashed all the time and didn't have a way to reboot to achieve a known good state.
I like to think of it as the world was bootstrapping before the computer was invented. :p

The problem is they have a few months before they have to report it.
So Congress has a meeting and find out COVID is happening and they tell their brokers/family to sell their cruise stocks and buy Clorox stocks, the ETFs will get that info a month later and make their changes to follow.

Is there a non-biased source of information where this could be measured?
World-wide would be great, but even a way to rank the 50 states since would be a good place to start.
If a measurement existed, then people could quote it to get it into the narrative.
