Thank you for the gift. You know, it's these kinds of continuing injustices towards immigrants with no repercussions that are so disheartening. Even when the SCOTUS issues an "unsigned" ruling to release the immigrant, the defiance of our DOJ is so in-your-face illegal. Something's gotta give.

Since all of this deportation crap is being handled by the DOJ et al., state judges aren't involved. The rulings that are being ignored are coming from federal judges. That's probably on purpose.
