I got a chestnut tree growing underneath the trampoline. Didn't notice it and now it feels like it would be a task to dig it out. Not the most accessible place. I'd love to move it somewhere, but for now the draught has made the ground rock hard anyhow.

That would require teachers to be able to do that. Sadly I only met a precious few who were confident enough to be able to admit lack of knowledge or even being mistaken.

legitimately, being able to calmly say "I was wrong, my bad" or "oh, I didn't know that!" when being corrected or encountering new information is an actual skill, something people have to work to develop, and the fact that so many adults are incapable of doing it is a problem
