I responded to the ringing in my nose, why is my house so much bigger now? There is something horrible under my bed.

As in, I haven't done something weekday for fun since pre COVID. Any hangout since has been so well planned that it almost feels...nostalgic?

It's incredibly easy and i think most people make it more difficult than it needs to be. You just have to have components of the right mix (doesn't even have to be exact ratios) and make sure it is wetter than you think and it all goes pretty smoothly! Totally recommend.

In the words of Kamala Harris "Not all women are aspiring to be humble" and I don't know a single non-ostentatious-life-of-the-party-center-of-attention-THRIVING-(not seeking) Indo woman who is humble. It was really this society that I grew up in that taught me this. Not my culture. #permaculture

The biggest impact of my permaculture practice is applying those principles to myself, how I view myself and how I want to relate to others. I realized making myself small was harming others as much as it was harming me. It wasn't allowing me to Obtain a Yield from my own Food Forest. #permaculture

This is something that took until I was 32 to really understand. All the little ways I was minimizing my accomplishments, my skills, because I wanted others to feel comfortable. I was telling myself that I was the cause of peoples discomfort.
