I'm hoping you respect the word Hobo.
It's not Bums.
It's itinerant laborers who traveled out of desperation, bringing their own tools (= hoes)
Eric Sevareid was a hobo... Then a stellar columnist on CBS News. Hardship does things....

A tip for trackwork:
Examine your rails As If you were standing on the ground with them... Use a mirror and look *Down the Rails* .. look for kinks, sudden change in direction, etc.
And be prepared to buy an NMRA track gauge.. it'll identify the tiny spots that you otherwise can't find.

It's typical of almost ALL politicians.
They can't be relied upon to INVENT Anything
Some decent programs might be considered invention... But there are astoundingly Few since JFK and LBJ.
You might rely on Republicans to put you ahead of the next guy looking for a place at the trough

Just like the children lining the streets waving flags and cheering Hitler.
They weren't paid, but they all got the day off from school.
Why wouldn't they cheer?
It's an adaptation 5 and Old script. I'm hoping that the play gets fully adapted, too

private paramilitary or private militia.
Because there's No difference. And they obey NO laws

They're making everything too expensive
First: healthcare
Next: housing
Then: food
By 2050, they'll have everyone back in the 1870s Utopia (for the wealthy).
No taxes for them and all others will live in company housing & company towns,
Indebted to the company store.
And 6 day work weeks again

My dad and I watched Hogan's Heroes back in the day...
One scene showed the usual German military Fiefdoms... leading up to a major joke.
My dad asked "what makes you think that's fiction?"
(He served on the German side)
I see much of this as fodder for the next sitcom. But it's not soon enough

Once you have a fortune it begins to generate earnings beyond your ability to spend it Responsibly.
You can always throw money away, or burn it I'd rather see some investigation on useful employment of it... like Dolly & Moderna. It's better than Elon and huge nonfunctional tunnels to nowhere

In the 60s, most hospitals were nonprofits. That changed.
Why?
Who's being overpaid? And why does the hospital president often make multiple x what their best doctor does?

There are places like Gary, IN and Camden, NJ where you could buy blocks of nearly vacant land for a song.
Then remake it.
As a "dormatory town" for bigger expensive cities nearby, they could work as a model.

Back in the day... (prior to the 19th century gilded age) Some guy named Steinway built a company of craftsmen... And a massive factory.
But he didn't tell his talent to fend for themselves in the farmlands around it... He also built a town with housing for All.
What, Mark, have you done?

I see this often in religious environments and autocratic political structures.
