I was told this week that my healthy kidney was operating at 88% efficiency. The same as a 20 yr. I put it down to having, diphtheria, pertussis, smallpox, MMR, tetannus, flu, pneumonia, shingles, covid x5, yellow fever and around 10 others whilst in the RAF. The benefits of vaccines.
