Usually they will reuse the same baby unless it gets scuffed on a foul baby. Some scuffing on the skin could really mess with the aerodynamics of the baby.

One of my many fears is that the next Dem POTUS will spend too much time talking about "the importance of not dwelling on the past" instead of THE IMPORTANCE OF prosecuting every single one of the people responsible for this nightmare. I trust we both have bigger fish to fry today; have a good one.

Fair point; presidents are not (and should not be) prosecutors. But I think you'd agree that the POTUS plays a part in choosing the head of the DOJ. If I had known that my post would gain traction, I probably would have worded it differently:

I have supported this idea for a while. I also kinda like the idea of expanding to 12 (the number of geographic circuits), and requiring a majority by at least a two-vote margin for a decision to have stare decisis effect.
