When you planned this change did you look at the business model of British satirical magazine Private Eye? Their online content is extremely tightly controlled but sales have increased over time.

Considering I love it enough to have this tattoo, it doesn't matter how old, mouldy, encrusted and inappropriate for my apartment it is, I'd replace it in a heartbeat.

Looks like a stand-off. The Ukrainians are trying to use their minerals to guarantee US support if Russia break any deal. The Americans want the Ukrainians to sign a deal with no military guarantees, which would leave their defence to solely down to Europe.
