There comes a point where cataloguing your home library is unavoidable. I suggest a simple running number system and a spreadsheet. That way any expansion space is at the end of the sequence instead of having to reshuffle every so often for space.

Most staff you interact with in libraries are library assistants. Librarians require a masters degree and many of them handle substantial budgets. For example, in my career as one, I selected hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of resources.

Not that NZ is much different - it's about 42% in local elections. Although local authorities here have a much more limited scope in their areas of responsibility

I googled turnout figures and is it true that it's typically around 35% for UK local elections? If that's the case here I think I've found the problem.
