Kroger is cheaper than Walmart if you use their coupons and sales by a pretty significant amount. They are also the only grocery store in my area that still marks down bruised produce instead of throwing it away.

I assume it's bc the school administration has records of who is an immigrant and who isn't. So they can use the schools files to locate the parents and deport everyone or deport the parents and put the kids in "foster care"
