yeah thought he had "concepts" of a plan during the campaign. Hard to keep up educating the public since new rubes enter the space on a daily basis...ongoing information war

Would agree, but need to have ANY of their stories on this gain some traction so they see there is interest.

I wouldn’t say “real” armies don’t match, I would say the US Army aside from units that have it as a focus don’t march. Army bands, 3rd ID, those units have the time set aside for those skill sets.

Yo @nytimes.com @wsj.com what gives? Saw some coverage live yesterday but absolutely nothing today? No wrap up coverage?

lol- makes it clear we are not a parade army but a results army. I did more DnC in four years as a cadet then 21 years in the military.

I'm a bit cautious.....was not happy with the History of the World part 2 - great concepts but poor execution. Brooks Co should have leaned on experience from Young Frankenstein and go heavy on editing.

So think alot things happening here. Trying to grab headlines and please his senpa. But is he really expecting that massive of a turnout in his state that would require NG? If he really is expecting that turnout that says a few things as well.

Why is senator foghorn leghorn the voice of reason in this exchange?

Yeah read it this morning and clearly was written early hours or last night. Did not take into the account the recent poll that dropped. It did allude to the possibility of getting blow back.

Yeah the troops were psyched they would get BAH and BAS for the longer orders vs the mini version they get for AT orders.
comment in response to post
Yeah that's the norm in the guard. Back when the 33rd ID in Illinois deployed, the AT and premob training was longer than 29 days....so they cut two orders so once set of orders would not exceed 29 days.

And jeeze the contracting cycle to get this ahead of time. Will need to pay $$$ for short notice, but not a problem since no funds allocated.

Playing devils advocate for one millisecond, China is able to do so….now stopping devils advocate…that requires full control without state and local govt existing. That’s a tall order here.
