Trump has fully sided with Putin. It’s like if Roosevelt sided with Hitler in 1941. That’s where we are now.

I have never imagined such a weak and pathetic US administration that would choose to side with a KGB thug, a murderer and a freaking LOSER who spent so many years, billions of dollars and a million of his own soldiers to achieve absolutely nothing.

This is Ukraine. This is my country. If someone wants to reward a war criminal for all the killing, torture and destruction that he has done, why don’t they start with giving him their land and their families?

John Bolton, former Trump’s national security adviser: “Putin can’t be happier. I tell you, they are drinking vodka straight out of the bottle in the Kremlin tonight. It was a great day for Moscow. President Trump has surrendered to Putin before the negotiations have even began.”

The USAID programs helped to demine Ukrainian fields, so that farmers can grow their crops; provided equipment for Ukrainian hospitals, and helped to build bomb shelters in schools. Now it is all is suspended. But I am sure that eggs are going to be soooooo cheap now! Hooray, America First!

Among all other things, Russia destroys our happy childhood memories.

A massive protest in Bratislava against the pro-Russian PM of Slovakia Robert Fico. “Fico is Putin’s lackey!”, “No to collaborating with Russia!”, “Hands off our democracy!”

Trump: “Zelensky is no angel. He should have allowed this war to happen.” To paraphrase Trump: “The victim should not have fought back. They should have made a deal with the serial killer. The killer has a knife and a gun, and the victim has nothing. You don’t fight back in this situation!”

Russians published another horrific video of the execution of six unarmed Ukrainian POWs. They aren’t even trying to hide their heinous crimes; they are proud of committing them.

Russia is using the North Korean soldiers as cannon fodder. In exchange, DPRK is getting military training, combat experience and nuclear technology. Don’t you see where it’s heading? It’s in the world’s best interest to defeat the authoritarian regimes NOW, before they begin their conquest in Asia

I am feeling extremely pessimistic. I often use comparisons with the WW2. In our timeline, an isolationist has won elections in the US. “Wouldn’t it be great to be friends with Hitler?” “Both the Third Reich and Britain have to make concessions!” What kind of world are we going to be living in?

I used to walk by this Subway station and McDonalds every day on my way to school. A person in that car has burned alive. Three more people were killed in this attack. They were simply commuting through Kyiv on Saturday morning…

Russia bombed St Andrew Cathedral in Zaporizhzhia

Horrific images from Zaporizhzhia, where Russia struck the city center with areal bombs today killing innocent civilians.

Ukrainians are upset because Biden and other Western leaders haven’t offered Ukraine a NATO membership. Trump: Russia invaded Ukraine because Biden wanted Ukraine to be in NATO. What planet do you live on, man?.. Oh, I know: the planet of Russian disinformation.

Trump: “Russia for many years said you could never have NATO involved with Ukraine. That's been like written in stone. And Biden said no, they should be able to join NATO. Then Russia has somebody right on their doorstep. I could understand their feelings about that." 1/

The Telegraph: “The Russian authorities in the occupied territories have banned any mentions of St Nicholas. At all events, only Grandfather Frost and the Snowmaiden, traditional Russian characters, must be present. In addition, a complete ban on carols and nativity scenes has been introduced.”

Today’s Russian drone attack on Kyiv claimed the lives of renowned neurobiologist Ihor Zyma and his wife. A friend of the family wrote: "Our friend, Dr. Ihor Zyma, has perished alongside his wife and their beloved cat. The attack occurred in their own home, while they were peacefully sleeping.”

Kyiv…

In the first hours of the new year, Russia attacked Kyiv city center, killing at least two people.

El Al has suspended flights to Moscow after the incident with the Azerbaijani jet. Good. I just wonder why they didn’t do it three years ago.

Head of Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence, General Kyrylo Budanov is lighting the first Hanukkah candle. This Hanukkiah is made of fragments of the Russian missiles and drones that were intercepted over Ukraine.

Christmas Eve at the frontlines.

Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane traveling from Baku to Grozny has crashed in Kazakhstan today. Out of 72 people on board, 32 have miraculously survived. There are rumors that the plane could have been shot down by Russian air defences, which mistook it for a Ukrainian drone.

Today, on Christmas Eve, Russia has launched a ballistic missile at Kryvy Rih and hit a four-story residential building.

Two months before the election in Germany, the most pro-Russian party in Europe has now support of Elon Musk. This is extremely dangerous.

This morning, Russia has attacked downtown Kyiv with ballistic missiles.

Kherson is under heavy artillery fire. Reportedly, many residential blocks are burning.

The head of the Russian military's nuclear and chemical forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his assistant were both killed in an explosion in Moscow. The explosive was planted on a scooter parked near the entrance to his apartment building.

“We are asking Ukrainians to defeat the armies of Putin and Kim Jong Un. In their efforts to do so, Ukrainians helped bring down Assad. Ukrainian resistance is one of the most stunning military achievements in modern history.” — Timothy Snyder

Latest news of the great Russian culture: “Valery Gergiev left a premiere performance at the Bolshoi Theater to conduct a performance of a song based on the poems of Maria Zakharova (Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokeswomen). The intermission lasted almost an hour due to the maestro’s absence.”
