Literally the ONLY thing that could be salvaged from a house fire was this Christmas Cactus. It's been six months now and LOOK AT ITS GROWTH! My plan is to repot it in the Spring with uncontaminated soil and much better drainage.

So many people have The Crud (influenza A, RSV, Strep, Covid, or more than 1!) that we have had to close schools for multiple days. I, recovering from crud, called into a pizza place and realized they are slammed because it's a holiday weekend and school vacation week in the neighboring states. 🤦‍♀️

If you have a medical device that you no longer need, there is a place somewhere that you can donate it and it will then be given to someone else who can use it. And, in the reverse - check there before you buy one! It's a great way to share things like knee scooters, IV poles, kid walkers, etc.
