What’s your plan on that?

Ok good, me neither. I’ve been trying clover as under cover too, last year. Now I’ve pulled some up out of the bed it was in and left it around the edges. Just worried about it going to seed now it’s flowered.

Neighbours with taste. Rarer than the barn owl. Used to see Lou Rhodes shopping in Safeways every so often around the time that came out

So little knowledge of this issue for the general public at large. First I heard about it was doing a spag moss planting trip with the NT earlier this year. The ranger told me a bit about it and I’ve been curious as to the full details since. Now I know.

I think the problem was with the buses being privately owned. Now that the bus network can be brought back Manchester finally has integrated tickets

I love my local tram network and I’m very pleased to hear the missing section will finally get delivered (MCR to Stockport). I assume though that they will use the existing method (heavy big trams) rather than have to support two different systems

Love this plant ❤️. I’m lucky in that my garden is full of them so I get to see them change through the seasons

Not so much shifting baseline symptom as your baseline deciding to jump off a very tall building as you watch and do nothin

I believe there are plenty of non native sheep and goats ruining the environment so why not introduce one that will do some good

Money, Education, Health. All important issues. Why no mention of the environment and the climate crisis?

Then a description as to how the planning and infrastructure bill will help nature (lol) and help the transition to net zero!

No, to quote: Legislating to make them mandatory for every single proposed development however just isn’t feasible. There will always be some developments where such features wouldn’t be practical or would have zero impact,

To me that should be a surmountable problem and I suspect that the real reason is political.

I did write to my labour mp on the issue a few weeks ago. I did get a reply basically saying that because it wasn’t appropriate in every single circumstance they wouldn’t support it

You hardly need to be an expert to know they are no threat to humans. I’d be more scared of a herd of cattle and yet they are allowed to roam free in fields (well they lucky non factory farmed ones anyway)

I did not see a tiger. It was still a pretty cool trip and I have vivid memories of the day even though it was so long ago.

Many years ago I went on a trip tiger spotting in a nature reserve in India. I knew that I’d have to be very very lucky to see a tiger. I still went even so.

I’m half tempted having listened to the excellent and fascinating Happy Heatpump podcast but I think I’ll wait until I’m closer to being in the market for one. Book marked that link though

Thanks. I’ve heard it before, on a course I took, created by MS, who obviously have a vested interest. Eye popping is right. I find it hard to believe.

It’s an interesting claim that AI will save more carbon in the long run that will be generated by its use. I would like to know what evidence this is based on?
