I want to make use out of everything in the kitchen, ensure nothing goes to waste. As such, tonight? I'm whipping up stir fried curry noodles! I've got ground beef, broccoli, wheat noodles, bell peppers, cashews (to crush), carrots, curry roux cubes, various spices and herbs, green onions...

A new habit I’m trying to cultivate: Working out from home! I’ve got my regimen, 15-35kg resistance bands, a yoga mat, a jump rope and a 20lbs dumbbell. I can’t replicate everything from the program, but I can do *enough* from home. Especially on a day with heavy rain!
