Don't worry though as I believe most new build estates these days charge an annual management fee for a contractor to maintain these areas as the local authorities tend to not adopt them. All will work out well as they are all caring and well run companies 😜

Our squad is decent but the Cowleys have a hell of a job to turn us around. 5 seasons of near relegation performance and overall 16 seasons of gradual decline since the current chairman took over at the same time as relegation from the championship.

As a #colu supporter I was really disappointed in Bradford. Even more time wasting than we've done is some games and that equaliser was deserved IMHO. We didn't really do enough to win it but a defeat would have been really harsh.
