I listen to music when I cant stand the thoughts in my own head. I let their words drown out mine and I dwell on THOSE and their meaning around inside my skull while I close my eyes. Sometimes I have to pace in circles or even go for a walk at night. It helps.

I remember way back when my stepmother sent my brother and I to counseling to see if we had depression. We told her the truth; We just didnt like our stepmom. Neither of us were diagnosed, and the woman told my stepmom to come in next... she got diagnosed as Bipolar while we were normal and happy.

I have.....4 of those cards.
