I find that if I put music on loud in the car and certain songs come on, they make me cry, and they are happy tears. One example is Songbird, as sung by Eva Cassidy. And also Colourblind by Darius. Oh, and Chris de Burgh, Two Sides to Every Story.

A lovely Night Heron. We had one in our park in Shrewsbury but he wasn't getting enough food. The local wildlife sanctuary rescued him.
