I am in this picture and I don’t like it 🥲 I am not jealous at all of what you said, no no no…

You're 100% right. I also think that we must engage in any acts of anticipatory obedience like the big companies (Google, Amazon, Target...). We must resist 💪 #ForScience

Thanks for sharing this, I think it captures exactly how I feel. I'm not desperate about this situation, I am enraged. And perhaps a little huffy (see below for context :))

Glad to hear you’re feeling better! 🥳 and I am so jealous, after news broke out they were closing, it became immediately impossible to make a reservation. Enjoy!!! (GIF related… 🤣)

Hello, I am an editor for IOP Publishing covering machine learning applications. I am a chemist by training (scholar.google.com/citations?us...) and mostly post about science in general and chemistry in particular. I'd be grateful if you could add me to the feed, thank you! :D

You’re right, we worked together for about two years. I still live in Buffalo but Jochen and I haven’t had the chance to catch up again yet. Thank you for reading our work! ☺️

I am reasonably sure I can find the same example in my organic chemistry class’s slides from ~15 years ago 😅 #Sapevatelo comes from posting random little facts/curiosities on my Twitter account back in 2011. I saw it getting popularized by @physicsteo.bsky.social, so I’ll credit to him 😉

Ahahah, I am sure too :D I might have pushed it too when teaching students. I hope they see the article! 😉 (Nice to see you on this platform, I read a lot of your work during my postdoc ☺️)

I thought so too! There was definitely some thought behind it, and I see the meticulousness of this study 🤣 And 💯, I’d give any nonna the title of chief engineer
