It might just be one of those things where we, while editing, can't help but fixate on it. But when people watch the videos... maybe they don't really think about it all that much?

I have the same worry. I try to edit out as much mouth noises as I can, but sometimes I'll have a line where ALL the takes have the same noise problem.
However, this post actually gave me a sense of relief, because I don't think I've ever reacted to any mouth noises when watching your videos.
