Looks great! I would love to see 2 more things:
- AMD
- either bigger screen with smaller bezels, or same screen in smaller form factor with smaller bezels

And don't understand me wrong, I love Linux, used it for over 10 years daily and I can set up really stable env, it's just that I sometimes don't want to even think about my setup, and focus completely on the task I'm working on. Without any occasional speed bumps that come with custom setup.

I'm now using my M1 Air for a few years now that I've bought for less than I will need to pay for a decent Framework laptop, it's working great, I even run some local AI models on it and it's keeping up nicely. No need to invest in higher models if you don't do any heavy dev work.

Is the high price worth it? I think so, if you can afford it. macOS if far from perfect but it's "just working" so I can focus on developing software instead of fiddling with my setup and hardware.
On the other hand, Linux machines are 100% flexible so you can achieve really anything you want

I use Mac instead of Linux mostly for a few reasons
- much better laptop experience (better battery life, screen scaling when using different monitors etc.)
- all software I need is available, on Linux I needed to find some replacements
- ability to develop for iOS/macOS
I miss i3wm though...

Maybe start with just support for business and this way you can estimate amount of work required to do so, plus you can charge more.
If you start with individuals there may be a problem of sudden workload increase without substantial revenue growth that would allow to eg. hire someone
