Point of info: Jupiter was in Gemini here, too. Mars (now) or Pluto (then) between 18-19° Cancer - which is within orb a conjunction with the USA's Sun. Also, transiting planets were agitating USA's Chiron both then and now (though, then it was at a ~4° orb which is a bit wide)
