I’ve seen a “purchase blackout” for Feb 28th. I’ve seen this for March 15th. I know I’ve seen chatter of other dates and types of blackouts. This is the SAME problem we run into everytime we do this. We can’t plan for strikes a month in advance. These plans should be FUNDING plans.
