Probably just a driver issue. It's an older game on a newer (relatively) card

Yep and I bought the 320MB 8800GTS back in 2007. It was ok at 1680x1050, but as soon as I upgraded to 1080p performance went to s#%&. I thought I would be fine, but I ended up having to upgrade sooner than I would have otherwise.
So I feel for people that fall prey to this practice. It sucks

It's just because he was on a SS7 platform there. It's not that those newer drivers are so poorly optimized for older DX6 games, they're just poorly optimized for older/slower CPUs. Otherwise there'd be no way an MX460 would ever lose to any NV15 variant.

Indeed. Sycophants latched onto his underbelly thinking it would lead them to riches. Now that their money is under threat, maybe the cult will finally break?

Because he doesn't actually understand how money works. He's just always had it — he's never had to earn it.

I don't know how anyone could listen to Wolfmother and not be an instant fan, regardless of where they appeared
