I love this! Somehow the music and the sounds are both juicy and crispy at the same time?! Paradoxically wonderful!

woah this thing looks incredible! The art-style is great! I absolutely adore Mimimi's stuff but I have to say I think this looks better

I'm with Janet on this. I don't have an active commentary running most of the time, but if I am actively thinking through something, I will hear my own thoughts in my own voice.

😁 You're welcome! What a great job you did! I still dip back in to this game just for the flow-state. Something that twin-stick shooters are uniquely good at for me - getting into the ZONE. I also really fell for "Satryn" on itch (the Robotron sequel we don't deserve) and Resistance in Fruitile.

The last AAA game I bought new was GTA V. I was young and stupid with too much free time and disposable income. Easy skip for me.

this is the no-scientific-definition-of-vegetable of games. You use the same button and it does get you higher. In a court of law it would win on a technicality. But if I was playing a platformer and it told me I unlocked the double jump and it was instead a yoshi-style hover move, I would be upset.

one of my favorite things in games is when you play as a non-anthropomorphic animal. Just something cool about inhabiting the anatomy of a completely different creature

I love singing Rainbow Connection to my daughter and she loves it too! Although I placed a curse on myself because now she asks me to sing all kinds of song in a kermit voice lol

"most profitable" i think is the culprit here. It almost certainly means "made the cheapest"

Ruffy and The Riverside seems very Janet-coded. Mario 64 with 10% more LSD. Skin Deep (Derek Liu) has been on my Steam wishlist since November 2018 so needless to say I'll be checking that out haha. Also the new game by the Unpacking devs that looks cool. And the Demon Turf sequel! aah!! too many!!

yes finally. I also have been excited and every three months or so i have to google around frantically because I can never remember the name of the game until I finally remember it's made by the TABS people. imo the name could be a lot stronger but the game looks awesome

Was watching Sorcerer for the first time the other day and thinking "damn this score rips" only to look it up and find out it was Tangerine Dream's first score. So goooooood

Do you mean why he plays it? I looked into this a little after his weird town hall thing that devolved into an impromptu spotify playlist.
YMCA became popular at maga rallies in 2020 because they would change the lyrics to M A G A.
