you middle class shitheels need to grow up. some of us want to actually fundamentally change the world (a revolution) but you call us childish because you have no ambition or motivations beyond power fetish. those of us barely making ends meet don't want your vanguard.

inb4 she responds to anything I say here. I'm logging off again. you aren't a communist, everything you've said adds up to basically liberal propaganda, creating a privileged minority to rule over the toiling masses who are too stupid to do anything themselves. you just paint it red.
comment in response to post
you're not a communist you admitted to not believing in worker control of the MoP

I didn't even know you deactivated I went about my day and uninstalled the app from my phone just like I'm about to close the pinned tab and not look back while I actually try to work towards communism

I'm just killing time on lunch while I procrastinate finishing a book by Séamus ó Conghaile

No I'm being practical and I understand how things work

I never said anything about individualism
comment in response to post
No not the individual worker except in the case of artists and niche artisan shit. People don't typically work alone and even then they congress with peers in their field
comment in response to post
That's an entire thesis and I only have a couple minutes left of my lunch break, mate. No they shouldn't be forced to stay anywhere and it seems to me that you're operating on the idea of socialism in one country which i reject. A successful revolution and overthrow of capitalism needs to be global
comment in response to post
Then you don't believe in worker control of the MoP and only care about your faction being in charge of everything
comment in response to post
Yes and to clarify my positions
comment in response to post
Yes
comment in response to post
And at this point capitalism has already set us on an irreversible path in terms of climate change so saying that we can "solve" it is not practical. We can still mitigate some effects and work towards generations of repair work etc, but we're already kinda fucked

A massive polling procedure? No that's unreasonable. Do I trust the workers who do these tasks and run these sectors every day to know how it can be improved and to have the drive to make it better ecologically? Yes.
comment in response to post
I'm not advocating for people to just sit around all the time. Even then that's not a reasonable expectation. Humans like doing things and meeting their needs. So farming and work are just a fact of life
comment in response to post
Food production exceeds human needs and only stands to be improved upon by the farmers and agri-nerds. Not doing a good enough job isn't the issue
comment in response to post
Ok then the worker controlled shipping system will truck it out to ya
comment in response to post
Then say that. Be elaborate with your questions and don't mince words. If you can avoid being misinterpreted then it's worth going the extra mile
comment in response to post
I forgive you

I'm a communist
comment in response to post
I don't trust a bourgeois party's dictatorship not to fuck me over and people i care about. I want worker control over the workplace not party supremacy
comment in response to post
Yes that is pretty much all I want to do tbh
comment in response to post
That's not what anyone is saying
comment in response to post
I disagree that depending on each other and working to support others is coercive. It's just a fact of life. Labor becomes work imo when it takes on an extractive, exploitative character like under capitalism.
