A full-stack writer. Forget seven days, whoever heard of someone trying to create an entire world in only their spare time? Actually, that might explain a few things... #teowad #amwriting #writingcommunity #scifi #fantasy #chaostheory #humour #heart

Veo 3 is scary. If AI already worries you, don't look. No idea how they'll keep this tech safe ... I test things out to keep aware of what's possible. But bringing your characters to life literally in video is simultaneously incredible and perhaps the death of imagination? #teowad #amwriting #ai

Just me, or do we need more synonyms for "across" in English? Spotted a scene where I used it 8 times in proximity. Reuse often jumps out, but that lay hidden for eons—like a sleeping wraith within a dark cauldron, on a moonless night, in that place they shot 'The Fog' #amwriting #writingcommunity

Another random advert to help raise interest in #teowad. Been experimenting with sketching, styles & digital equipment. Have finally settled on a combination that works well and wasn't costly. Used to have a Wacom pen tablet (from years back) but when it started dying, I needed a replacement.

Anyone else encounter songs serendipitously aligning to what they are writing? Just had that with: Le Youth & EMME • Talking Like That Teddy Swims • Hammer to the Heart Sub Focus & Wilkinson • In Bloom And now the music that follows is def. controlling the plot.. 😅 #amwriting #teowad #serendipity

"Is there a special quality to writing at night?" he asked. "Don't know," she replied. "Breaths seem longer, sighs deeper," she shivered "feelings jangle between the layers of dark and light…?" she added with an expectant look. "Yeah, for me it's just the kids are in bed." he shrugged. #amwriting

There must be a reason why starts & ends are easier to write than middles, especially middles containing lots of starts & ends (or dreaded background characters) I could probably write three different endings before breakfast. But middles keep me going till way past my bedtime. #amwriting #teowad

I've decided, after much thought-wringing and spiralling hands... No, that's the other way around. My wringing thoughts have handed me a spiralling decision that... Oh whatever! Start again. Rather than trying to get 200,000+ words to fit into my first novel I'm going to split #teowad #amwriting

I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but that hasn't stopped me writing a blurb for #teowad every now & again. This is the latest incarnation. Perhaps this time—when I come back to it, later on—I won't want to rewrite it all over again, and again. Would this entice you? #amwriting #writingcommunity

Thank you #1000wordsofsummer, you definitely have helped me to write more, and to keep coming back to it consistently. Problem is... I now have my manuscript at 200,000+ words. So need a #1000cutsofsolstice or something similar to help. 😂 Either that or break everything into releasable episodes?!

Usually Google agrees with me, but in this case I find its result very wrong.. The old broom/new broom problem is not about wisdom versus enthusiasm —it is whether or not you have the same broom if you've changed its head three times, and its handle twice. (counts may vary) bsky.app/profile/pjlo...
