I suspect ‘Antichrist’ has rather different reference in the original Russian that is lost in translation- or he’s a dangerous loon or both…

As I travel to US a lot I suspended my account - crazy that even became an issue but it did. As away for a few weeks I let it lapse and closed the account. Can’t say I miss the Matt Goodwin rants, GBNews crap and the bot rages for Trump and Musk (or the ads and porn) quite happy here with grownups👆

Someone needs to design a uniform for Trump with a big hat and he should be forced to wear in order to take a salute -that would end the nonsense pretty quick…👆👆👆

And to be fair to theists they don’t really mean immortality as an infinite time sequence - it’s not that we just pick up where we left off but with more time. It really isn’t clear what these tech people think their doing? All the thinks I like are embodied even reading, writing and arguing👆👆👆

Interesting from @stephenkb.bsky.social but also wonder if there is any evidence for the wider thesis - I get the data on customers and Econ value. My son played Colonisation, Civilisation and early FIFA stuff but he’s now a professor of Chinese at Harvard and hasn’t gamed for 20 years

I’m sure Pentecost has been widely celebrated on @gbnewsonline.bsky.social

… and therefore their propensity to failure or cyber attack. With Banks the problem isn’t money - although telling your customers your bank is off line for 5 days might not be such a great idea financially…👆👆👆

Also a big problem in the HE sector where combining historic data systems require shutting down systems to upgrade which is very expensive - it’s also a problem with Bank IT systems they are hard to replace upgrade and integrate as in constant use so they are patched adding cost and complexity

… there is also the problem of training. If it’s done on bot generated data it will corrupt outputs but if all training is closed inside global power blocks - US without China and India or China without US and Europe again it replicates corruption and distortion. Technology cannot solve that problem

I’m not a fan of state mandated ID but I’ve come around for the reasons above. Yes there will need to be operational safeguards - but as Palatir is about to get all
My data anyway it would nice if there was at least a publicly accountable ID system 👆👆👆
