It sets a horrible precedent for every university in the US. And it won’t just be Middle Eastern studies. There could be ideological purges of history departments, English departments, etc. for any issue they deem “woke” (whatever that is).

Yes, and where are the senators and representatives? They are fighting amongst themselves trying to decide the best path forward and losing precious time. I know that since the debacle with Biden last year, many Democrats I know are disillusioned. But we have no choice but to support them.

I’m disgusted by everything that is happening, especially with the provocations towards Canada. I mean why treat you this way? I’m also frustrated that our political leaders are providing us with absolutely zero leadership or guidance. They are like deer in the headlights.
