Our neighbors had retired #thorobred race horses they used to give kids riding lessons. We all learned to ride with them. When I moved out west to horse country I found I could ride anywhere. The #stoplights even had horse high buttons to push to cross the streets. Loved it! #vss365 #vssdaily

Watched the first episode of "A Thousand Blows" on HULU yesterday. It's about the all female gangs in London in the late 1800s and highlights one called the 40 Elephants that were centered in the Elephant and Castle area. It's worth a look. #HULU #AThousandBlows #television

My sister had violin lessons after school. I’d go with her & wait in her teacher’s living room. I don’t recall the breed, but her dog was pug size. It would look at me, plop down on its belly & fart several times. I swear that dog had the worst farts I’ve ever had the misfortune to smell! #vss365
