Seems like most organizations would rather skip coverage of the protests. Maybe they are worried about making Trump mad and losing their spot in the press pool? But the press afraid of speaking truth to power is worse than useless. That’s complicity!

It's not a big ask, follow the constitution or you get nothing from us. If the government shuts down over that, so what? Is that any worse than what's already happening? At least it's a position the American people will support and understand!
