The outcome of violent revolutions is very hard to predict or control. Be careful what you wish for. Non-violent revolution is the way to start, and keep riding it until there’s no other choice.

There was minimal police presence in Seattle but they were friendly, sporting “POET” vests. I asked what that meant and one told me “police outreach and engagement team.” There was no threatening behavior that I could see anywhere.

Also Libby, the public library app. They have a lot of audiobooks you can borrow for 3 weeks at a time. Not as many as Audible, but hey, free, with no contract. Support your public library!

I hope there are enough institutions with the spine and resources to push back in the courts and seriously blunt these efforts. While the trmp/DOJ initiatives ate crippling, I believe they are temporary and will be overridden by history in the not too distant future. There’s gonna be pushback!

Quite the opposite. Job creation should only be rewarded after proof of creating sustainable jobs with fair pay and good benefits. Enough of wealth funneling to the coffers of the uber rich.
