oh absolutely, we are here. it’s just that it isn’t new. it’s always been the rich in charge since humanity started organizing. sometimes they’re a little less open and obvious about it, and now they’re making themselves quite open. it is *always* a struggle to assert our rights against them

I saw a patient last week with ME who in 2023 was told by the MECFS service to ‘get back to the gym’. She did 20 minutes, collapsed and hasn’t walked since. The advice is still out there, still wrong and the harm is real.
