The above list is hardly the Communist Manifesto, just things that people hoped for when Labour got in. And the press haven't made any of the above points untrue have they?

Jesus. If any bastard creates an AI of the deceased (or living) me which does other than spout profanities and demand fine wine, I will come back and fucking haunt them.

One brother exited his car via the windscreen, another crashed multiple cars, I crashed a Jag. Assorted stitches etc, dislocated my knee twice. On balance we were a danger to ourselves and the wider public.

That was a small injury really. It is an ongoing mystery how my siblings and I have all survived this far. One girl followed by five boys. SO many close shaves. Our poor parents.

Well the hole was pretty deep for a while. Fortunately just on my thigh, not near an artery or any vital parts 😶 The joys of youth eh 😬

As a kid I collected matchboxes. I had hundreds. Saw a new one in a machine at an ice rink when I was about 16. Bought a box. 'Safety' matches with the brown heads. Trousers pocket. Fell face down on the ice, the impact ignited the matches and the whole box went. Still got the full thickness scar.

I'll send the PDF, you print it out, annotate it, I'll make the changes and send you a new one. Unless you have some clever software which can either edit a PDF or import it for editing? Some Adobe s/w probably does that?

I can let you have JPG/PNG etc or PDF? I can also colour it if you like, this is just grey at present, but black or a tint is easy.

When faced with someone chucking in their latest clever word, my brother would say, "I dunno what palimpsest means. You could have said rhinoceros, I don't know what that means either."

Doubt it 🙄 A lot of companies thought tech writers were an unnecessary expense but were grumpy when their docs, slapped together at the last minute by a 3rd rate dev, were panned. Glad I'm out.

Louis was too chill to get zoomies.

I did yrs++ as a tech writer. I'd be doc'ing s/w, or a chip, as it was being developed, writing up how it worked. Then they'd change the spec, I'd have to test the new spec to know if and how it worked. Then I'd rewrite the appropriate bits of the docs. Good luck getting good user docs with AI :(

Want. Never seen one, hoping that might change on Lewis in a couple of weeks...

In 1997 I did a solo road trip across parts of the US and of course had to include a trip on the Staten Island Ferry.

GMC. I have done it, happy to advise :) When they get confirmation from the GMC that a case has been opened, they pay attention sharpish. We took my dad's GP there. Really interesting.

Jesus. Firm letter to the partners for a start and a statement that "a reasonably competent GP" would not use AI for patient communications so you will CC the GMC.

tvm. I must have done 30 or 40 variations but at 48 x 48 cms like the other big spirals, the text was coming out too small :/ Great song though.

I don't think her lyrics ever mention a chisel :/ I wanted to do a spiral arrangement of part of Song for sharon but it was just a bit too long.

TVM, I hate seeing and hearing myself, but it had to be done.
