Being at the movies alone is the best thing in the world.
I saw Captain America at two in the morning alone with a friend of mine, as well as the girl who ran the till, as this was the last showing.
I also saw all three Lord Of The Rings movies alone with my mom's boyfriend at the time.

The issue is that it puts the impetus on the people coming over.
One of the reasons I originally tried veganism was because a girl in my friendgroup became vegan, and she stopped going to events because people didn't take it into consideration, and she felt uncomfortable bringing it up, but I don't.

I have never had anyone bring food, outside of one of my sisters, and that was for her child, rather than herself.
But yeah, it has been like a decade and a half since I had more than 2 people over.

Okay, working at a restaurant makes it easier 😝.
But yeah, with my sister I usually go "I am thinking XXXXXX", and then go from there, but usually we just go shopping together as the very first thing.

I used to make food at work whenever we had meetings, or really long days, and I always made 2 different things, and had complete ingredient lists for both on the table next to the food, just to ensure people could eat it with good conscience.
