Two notes on ICE/Police dynamics: Many in law enforcement loathe ICE because ICE makes it harder to solve violent crime. People don’t talk or report crimes when they fear an ICE ambush. There’s also the status issue: e.g. ICE aren’t real cops. They’re playing tough guys, arresting moms & grandmas.

End the hostile environment. Migrants welcome and tax the rich. That’s why we’re building power in communities and at Westminster. That’s how we win.

So far, most employers have continued to hold off on recommending any changes to their existing policies on trans rights at work. Unions can help make sure that continues. workersliberty.org/story/2025-0...

Oh, what a massive surprise. Do you mean to tell me that oil companies extract the oil until in runs out, and then move onto the next well and just leave millions of wells leaking methane. I’m shocked, I tell you. Shocked!

Corporate scum don’t want to be held accountable for being corporate scum. If Starmer concedes on this; every Labour MP who stays in the Party should be made to drink 6 pints of water straight out of the Thames Then locked in a room together with no toilets. www.theguardian.com/business/202...

When they go low, we should kick the fuckers in the head repeatedly so they stay down. Fuck your whinging Centrist high ground bullshit.

It happens every few generations: the Confederates who attempted succession in the 1860s; the robber barons who murdered union organizers and catapulted America into the Great Depression; and it’s why wages stagnated post-Reagan. The rise of oligarchs. https://trib.al/BE72ash

Data centres not 💯 % Powered by renewables should be destroyed; any planner approving one that isn’t ,should lose their job.

Because the inbred knuckle-dragging scum of Lincolnshire just voted for Reform none of these data centre monstrosities will be powered by renewables. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

It’s obvious that fraudster Rachel Reeves and Landlord Starmer are beholden to corrupt developers who falsely claim more housing means less protection for nature. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

Your enemy is not immigrants. Your enemy is not refugees. It isn’t people living on welfare. Your enemies are the oligarchs; whose wage theft and greed has made this world the mess it is. Until the Billionaires have been defeated. None of us are safe.

Starmer’s Labour Party only cares about you if you are wealthy, or willing to work yourself to death. Even then there are exceptions.

Feels like a real turning point: a red line has been crossed and thousands have stood up to make it clear: Our government must stop enabling a genocide

Pleased to see Rutgers, Princeton and Caltech among the 18 universities joining an amicus brief against Trump’s anti-Harvard proclamation.

Our mental health facilities are often discriminatory and resistant to change, while staff are overburdened to the point of burnout.

Very many of us who work in wildlife conservation are extremely concerned about the 'pay to kill' policies in the proposed Planning and Infrastructure Bill. Please send this letter to your MP - it just takes a few seconds. 🧵 Explainer thread... act.bats.org.uk/planning-and...

On the one hand, arming Ukraine and using Russia as an excuse to increase UK military spending by billions, on the other, handing billions of £££ over to Russia by buying fossil fuels. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
