Maybe 1 or 2 full color illustrations. More if I decide to revise some older works.

I've previously submitted an application late Dec 2024 and I've been on "Hold" since January 14th, does this mean anything? I've seen many other creatives getting definitive answers, but I'm unsure what this means.
If I have to submit another application I'll do that, just would like some clarity.
