For Bill Cipher, my current brainstorm came to the solution of a three-piece false gold suit with a custom brick pattern on some areas of the suit.
The hat could have his iconic eye as a "third eye"
Bill's hair could also be a gold color as well to display his god/horror status

As of this post, the only plans I have in Brainstorm transitioning to Development mode is Mud.
Caine is still in Brainstorm mode as I'm still looking at some items.
Bill Cipher, I have some ideas but during the brainstorm, ideas can very well change.

As I hear, the CEO of TikTok may have sold the app to Meta/Zuckerberg. When it gave a welcome back message, it specifically thanked president t$rump for "bringing TikTok back" and we know how he is. He is a dangerous individual to LGBTQIA+ people.
