Consider that 100% means every brain cycle is spent on a task - no sleep, no eating, no parallel thinking. I am sure others are going to be cool with it when I tell them I’m going to give it 40% and that’s actually an awful lot.

My particular stripe of mental health / neurodivergence not only allowed but actively sought to end my Duolingo streak because it kept telling me what to do and what is supposed to be fun and enriching has instead become a regular demand of me (even if it is quite fun). My son (10, autistic), whenever he has to guess a country, goes for Indonesia. Whenever he plays Ticket to Ride, he tries to monopolise all routes around Chicago. This year, I have been sending him facts about both once a day. He finds it hilarious.
