Yes, elections have consequences. But why in the hell are Democrats playing nice with the goddamn Republicans? Democrats need to copy from the Republican playbook and slow everything down to a grinding pace. Throw as many fucking wrenches in the gears as possible!

So, in reality, they did nothing that will amount to anything. Voight still got confirmed. Patel will also eventually get confirmed. Any bills introduced by House Democrats are dead on arrival. Letters sent to any members of Trump's cabinet are worthless. And nobody cares about investigations.

He says he signed this EO to protect women's sports while at the same time he wants to eliminate the Dept of Education who enforces Title IX which actually protects women's sports. 🤔🤔🤔

Yet Trump and his minions want to destroy it. 🤔

We need 4 republicans to vote "no". Three republicans and 47 democrats means its a 50-50 tie. VP Vance will be the tiebreaker and vote in favor of confirmation.

I'm sure she is getting a$$urances that no one will primary her in 2026 when she runs for re-election.

She was in charge of the small business administration in his last administration, so Republicans have already confirmed her once. They will confirm her again since they will have the majority.

Except that all of it will be reversed on January 20th when whoever the Mango Mussolini places at the FTC pulls the plug on everything done during the Biden years.

So does Trump pardon this guy and the rest of the January 6ers on Day 1 or does he wait until Day 2?

And the lie was about his affair...

I'm old enough to remember Newt Gingrich impeaching Bill Clinton for lying about an affair all while Newt himself was cheating on his wife.

What if UNLV upsets Boise State? Does an 11-2 Boise stay in and a 9-3 Alabama drop out? Remember, the committee did say they weren't going to punish teams for losing their conference championship games. 🤔

Why not? The committee had Army ranked. Penn State won by a point over a 6 win Minnesota team.

PSU's best win is Illinois. How is their schedule harder than what ND has played. Plus ND is thrashing teams over the last nine games. PSU squeaked out a one point win over Minnesota.

Before 2022, she represented a just slightly red district in SC. Then after the Census, SC Republicans redrew the map and made her district more red. So she immediately became what she is today: an opportunistic troll who just wants as much media attention as she can so she can keep going on Fox.

Does anyone actually believe that House Republicans under Mike Johnson's leadership will defy Trump by torpedoing his nominee for AG?

Unless he is assuming that Texas loses to Texas A&M and falls below all the other 2 loss SEC schools in the rankings.
comment in response to post
The committee currently doesn't have any of the 2 loss SEC schools ahead of Penn St or Notre Dame. So how is it that both of those schools will fall behind them in the final rankings?
