I never take my phone with me on runs, so i never considered that possibility. That could be a fun extra little motivator to get me out of the door, gonna give it a try, thanks! :D

During summer i can just go run for fun, but during winter i really struggle getting out there in the cold and rain. That and a lack of energy after work make it hard for me to want to go out for one. I need to find a way to get past that and just do it, some way to convince myself it's still fun.

I'm turning 30 in a few months and honestly that's great advice. Cooking i'm fine on, i can cook just fine and don't mind doing so. But the exercise and dishes...oof😂 been trying to exercise regularly and failing. it's SO HARD to keep it up the motivation 😭
