this feels like the weakness of the left is the strength of the right.
They often have purity tests and kick out members who do don’t conform. See Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney, etc.
GOP has been extremely effective with purity tests. Dems just do not follow through very well. See Manchin/Sinema

Yes I know. They did it anyway. So of course I appealed and we won, but again, I AM A LAWYER.
Something you need to learn about laws: they don't prevent illegal acts. They just (sometimes) punish the people who do them.
