also other things that i did that helped me reach my lw: - avoiding meat and substituting them for plant-based sources of protein - drink at least 2L of water x day - didn't have that much dairy, usually 1 glass of milk at day AT MOST

+ - NEVER do dry fasts (not eating and not drinking water) they are incredibly harmful, dangerous (u could literally die.) and absolutely unhelpful, once again: water HELPS you lose weight. i did all of that at my lw (bmi 16) and i used to lose at least 1kg x week even tho my metab was fucked!

+ - if you are fasting for the first time try liquid fasts (only consuming liquids) or water fasts (only drinking water) for SHORT periods of time, don't push urself too hard or u might binge +

- DO eat vitamins and take supplements if your net intake it's low (specially good for harm reduction) - DRINK WATER. lack of hydration causes you to lose LESS weight than you could due to liquid retention, and even can cause you to gain muscle - if u gaf bout macros, try to eat lots of fibre +

+ - walk everywhere wherever you have to go (if your city is walkable+safe and if u r body-abled) - if you don't care about your bf% and your only goal it's to lose as much weight as possible, avoid protein supplements and strength exercises

tips from someone who also has BED: - eat what your comfortable with, don't push yourself too hard - make sure your net calories are always UNDER your maintenance calories (TDEE) by the end of the day - lot's of cardio it's the best exercise for weightloss +
