I hope (and expect) that this announcement is made possible by the increased interprovincial trade as well as income from new EU and international agreements which are now moving forward.
And though I am sure nobody has asked about any cuts *yet*, I expect the NDP will assume that role.

I was interested in finding out where Bird came from and how they seem to have swallowed Hfx eScooters.
Also, their deployment plan is ridiculous. The haphazard 'dump them anywhere' issue is a solved problem in Paris and many other cities and the helmet requirement all but ensures lack of adoption.
